The UKCA (British Conformity Assessment) mark is the UK product certification mark after Brexit, and goods sold in the UK (England, Wales and Scotland) market must be UKCA certified. It covers most items that previously required CE certification.
First, the mandatory use time of UKCA marks: It will be mandatory from January 1, 2021
Manufacturers will need to apply the new UKCA mark to goods sold in the UK immediately from 1 January 2021, and the UK encourages manufacturers to prepare for the use of the UKCA mark as soon as possible in advance of this date.
The transition period from CE marking to UKCA marking: before January 1, 2022
To give companies time to adapt to the new requirements, manufacturers will still be able to use CE marking until January 1, 2022 in most cases. UKCA certification is mandatory after the transition period.
The conditions for using the new UKCA mark immediately after 1 January 2021 are as follows:

Conformity assessment of products is carried out by UK conformity assessment bodies (recognised bodies in the UK, recognised third party organisations or user inspection bodies - collectively referred to as recognised bodies in the UK).
